DescriptionAs a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers while providing exceptional service.
Your duties will include serving drinks, preparing cocktails, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage inventory, and adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Greets guests warmly and serve each guest with professionalism, confidence and knowledge.
Ensures customer satisfaction and effectively addresses any concerns or complaints, escalating to management as appropriate.
Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of the company.
Maintains a calm demeanor during peak periods of a high-volume casino while operating at the company standards.
Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
Serves drinks and prepare cocktails using proper serving techniques and according to standard.
Manages inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensures that all service standards are being followed.
Adheres to all Food & Beverage, as well as safety and health regulations.
Anticipates the needs of the casino by constantly evaluating supplies, inspecting equipment and reporting maintenance issues to management.
Uses proper cash handling procedures and ensures all guest checks are generated accurately and paid for.
Assists with training new hires.
Stays up to date on current menus, discounts and casino promotions.
Ability to work in an environment which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy and dimly lit.

RequirementsMust have and be able to maintain a valid Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Server Certification as a pre-requisite to being extended a job offer.
Must successfully pass Title 31 training within 90 days of employment.
Highschool diploma or GED.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
Knowledge of drink preparation, liquor and wine knowledge.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
If none of the applicants should meet the stated qualifications, applicants whose education and experience are less than the stated requirements, may be interviewed and hired provided the applicant hired submits a formal written training plan within (30) thirty days which can be completed within a reasonable time agreed upon by the supervisor and the applicant.
Applicants who are hired and fail to meet the agreed upon formal training program, will be discharged upon failure to complete the specified training as so scheduled.
