Join our team as a Plant Technician, where you will play a hands-on role in the management of our plants.
This includes executing pruning, leafing, Integrated Pest and Fungus Management, and assisting in harvest and transplanting operations.
Carry out direct plant management tasks such as pruning, leafing, placing, and managing trellis.
Execute Integrated Pest and Fungus Management strategies.
Assist in plant moving, staging, and all transplanting activities, and harvest.
Troubleshoot and identify disease/pest issues and irrigation problems.
Qualifications:
Minimum Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years of age (in compliance with state regulations regarding employment in the cannabis industry).
Familiarity with Cannabis Cultivation:
A strong understanding of cannabis cultivation practices, including cloning procedures, nutrient requirements, and pest management, is preferred.
Previous experience working in a cannabis cultivation facility is advantageous.
Attention to Detail:
The ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail is crucial for ensuring the health and vitality of cannabis plants.
Candidates should demonstrate precision and accuracy in tasks such as cloning, transplanting, and maintaining plant health.
