We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team.
As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and dispatching service technicians to various locations.
Your strong communication skills and ability to analyze data will ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of service requests.
Duties:
- Receive incoming service requests via phone or email - Analyze service requests to determine appropriate technician assignment - Coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments Maintain accurate records of service requests, including customer information, issue details, and resolution status - Communicate with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times and any delays or changes to the schedule - Assist with data entry tasks, including updating customer information and service records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling is preferred - Familiarity with supply chain processes and freight logistics is beneficial - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and technicians - Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions regarding technician assignments and scheduling As a Service Dispatcher, you will enjoy a fast-paced work environment where your organizational skills will be put to the test.
