Responsibilities:
Making sure you deliver exceptional Customer service.
Build meaningful relationships with customer base; willing to conversate and go above and beyond.
Become educated on brands that we sell including benefits, effects, and selling points.
Get to know the customer specific needs in order to select the best possible product for their unique need.
Answering the phones as needed and making sure to answer all their questions in a friendly manner.
Ringing up customer and taking payment accurately every time.
Know the procedures for opening/closing the store; cash handling.
Stocking and restocking products as needed.
Maintain cleanliness in the store.
Deliver products to Customers throughout the Coachella Valley.
