As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, diagnose and treat illnesses, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Duties - Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses - Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment - Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and overall wellness - Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care - Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate documentation of patient encounters Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following
Qualifications:
-Fluent in Spanish - Current valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice - Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred - HIPAA regulations, utilization management, pain management, dementia care, laboratory procedures, and medical documentation -Medicare Patients and appropriate coding - Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team If you are passionate about providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this position.
