We are seeking a dedicated Cultivation Manager to oversee our plant technician team, ensuring all direct plant care activities, including pruning, leafing, and Integrated Pest and Fungus Management, are executed proficiently.
This role is critical for the smooth operation of our plant cycling, harvest, and transplantation processes.
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the plant technician team in all aspects of plant care and maintenance.
Oversee the floater crew, ensuring operational needs are met efficiently.
Report directly to company directors, providing updates and reports on plant health and production schedules.
Monitor plants for pest, pathogen, and irrigation system issues.
Direct all plant movement for optimal cycling and staging.
Contribute to the pheno-hunting and breeding program.
Manage harvest.
